Castlewood 8-Hour Adventure Race
Presented by Alpine Shop, the Castlewood 8-Hour Adventure Race on December 6 is a multi-sport, o--road, team event with no marked course. Participants must use a map and compass to navigate their way through a series of checkpoints on mountain bikes, in canoes, and on foot. What's the location? Well, that's a secret. Part of the appeal of adventure racing is charging into the unknown. Plan on four to eight hours of movement through the woods, rivers, and roads of southwest St. Louis County. o-roadracingleague.com
